The Scotch Malt Whisky Society began over 30 years ago when a group of discerning friends shared the price of a single cask of fine malt whisky. The aroma of the cask was wonderful and it tasted even better. It was the first of many! Today the Society bottles over 300 single casks a year from a wide range different distilleries. Only the very best single cask, single malt whisky is selected, having been approved by the SocietyÕs respected Tasting Panel.
