It’s easy: Select where you’d like to order from, build and customize your meal, and submit your order. Then, go to your favorite participating Wendy’s restaurant, and we’ll begin preparing your meal. (Don’t worry, we won’t charge your card until you arrive.)

• Choose whether you want to pick-up, dine-in or drive-thru.
• Order on the go from your favorite Mobile Order enabled Wendy’s. Use your phone to tell us when you arrive.
• Pay directly from your device.
• Check menus for individual locations, so you can always find your favorite meal.

Don't download!!

First I want to say the only reason why I know of this app is because of the Wendy's I go to has been advertising this app on their windows for some time now and figured this would be a lot faster and much more convenient. Soon after downloading the app, I opened it hoping to make my first order, a notification pops up and asks me about location services of course I set it to allow. Then when searching for any Wendy's inside the app, the app then tells me "No Results". I have closed the app, and restarted my phone and it tells me the same thing. Glad I didn't pay for the app but now I have to get up and wait in line at Wendy's now. Lol

Total junk

This app started out so-so, but has evolved into a glitchy mess that fails to work at all. There's simply no excuse for this farce when other fast food companies have their mobile ordering down to a science. Multiple attempts are needed to even get to the Order Placed screen, and you will ALWAYS get the "Oops Something Went Wrong" error, even if you battle it out and get through the abysmal, duplicative order screens. You are then faced with an uneducated work force who simply aren't trained on the mobile order acceptance process. You're asked to pay again, you're told the order didn't go through, or you have to read the order to them line by line. After stranding a hungry office of 12 engineers without dinner tonight, I'm done. Trash this POS and move on.

Unable to find my location

It is unable to find one store that is just in front of my house. At Celebration blvd. Zip 34747. Send me at one location that is 20 miles far.

Serious Flaws

We've used the app four or five times over the last few weeks. It's a mess. I put in the order. It says to have your Bluetooth on and ready when you arrive. And we do. Then we arrive in the parking lot and wait and wait. And then comes the error message. There's a problem with your order. Please come inside. My husband went inside and waited in line, then the order went through. Then we were told to pay again. I said I paid through the app but was told no, it didn't go through. I had to trust them on that and pay again. This happened the next two times. Then menu items started disappearing from the app. Cesar side salad for instance. But it's still on the restaurant menu. It's a poorly implemented mess so far.
