Refund

I purchased a ticket for a trip from Jakarta to Yogyakarta in July for an August trip. Things happened and I cancelled the flight for 2 because I had to change the name of one of the passengers. I purchased additional tickets and I requested a refund for the initial purchase back in late July and was told repeatedly it would be credited in 30 days. Here it is now October 3rd and still no refund. I am a foreigner I know but I could expect to be refunded for a tiket purchase. Tiket.com is a good service as long as you don't request a refund.
