Fantastic for everything I need to do! Simple and efficient, overall user friendly!

Much like the institution itself, what should be a simple process is broken and convoluted. Error 404 pages when jumping from the app to the website. Want to enable features, you're going to have to acknowledge, apply for that feature to be added to your account, and then wait until a human checks some box allowing you to do something. Inconsistent security practices between the website, app, and phone support. Sad.

App woks great and I love that they support TouchID for logging in to your account. The only thing I want now is APPLE PAY support! Obviously not an app feature per se but Tower really needs to jump on this. They are the ONLY bank I use right now that does not support Apple Pay. C'mon guys!

The app is solid, and for most everything I want to do while on the go (checking balances, transferring money between accounts), it's great. The UI for these features is big and friendly, and impossible to miss. TouchID integration is great and works consistently, which is a huge time saver if you frequently log in to the app as I do. However, certain features are still lacking. Transfers are only ever immediate; you can't schedule/edit future transfers, or even view currently scheduled transfers. Bill pay is similarly limited in that you can't edit scheduled payments, you can only delete them and then manually create a new payment. In addition to being inconvenient, it is unclear how this might affect repeat payments scheduled on the desktop Tower site. As far as the current-balance widget is concerned, it would be a killer feature that would save me even more time than TouchID integration, but I don't use it because the information will be visible on the lock screen. Other app widgets (Authy authenticator being one) are capable of detecting whether the device is currently locked and hiding personal information in that situation, so it would be nice if Tower had this option as well. Also, for anything more than a few basic accounts, the widget grows very large, and there's no way to manage what accounts appear. Mobile check deposit almost always works as advertised, but the confusing low resolution B&W conversion from a high-quality color photo has left me concerned that critical details are missing or illegible. And when a mobile-deposited check is rejected, it is not clear why; when it happened to me, I had to call Tower to investigate whether I should just attempt to deposit the check again or if I'd need to bring it in to a branch in person. Finally, the reason logins fail/information cannot be displayed should be more clear. Occasionally it is due to poor network connectivity, sometimes it is due to server maintenance on Tower's side, but it is unclear which is the case from the generic error message that is returned. These complaints aside, the app does serve my purposes well, and is an indispensable home-screen tool that I use frequently, and is one of the reasons I'm happy to be a Tower member.

Has been "unable to display my information at this time" for a month. Used to work fine.

Been constantly happy with this app and the progress it's made.
