TRO is a multi-award winning experiential marketing & events agency, passionate about connecting people and brands through memorable experiences. We are currently the Drum UK Event Agency of the Year 2015. We create experiences that positively influence people's behaviour towards a brand, creating advocacy and ultimately driving sales, across the following three areas: Live Events, Experiential Marketing and Retail Experience. LIVE EVENTS: We aim to inspire and educate groups of people, to drive change within their organisation, or build a relationship with that organisation. This can range from a large scale conference for global business leaders in Cannes for Tata Consultancy Services, to regional product training events for Shell forecourt staff, to help them better understand and drive sales for Shell's premium fuel, V-Power Nitro+. EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING: We find and engage with target audiences, clearly communicating the brands personality and benefits, and ultimately creating brand fans. This can range from Lucozade Energy keeping festival-goers dancing long after all the other stages have closed, to activating BMW's partnership with the PGA Championship at Wentworth, or leveraging Pink Lady's sponsorship of Race for Life with eye-catching roadshow activations. RETAIL EXPERIENCE: The retail environment is undergoing transformational change. As transactional sales are moving online, people are looking for something different from the physical retail environment. They either want a value-added experience (knowledge or entertainment), to be treated as an individual, or simply the best price. We are driving innovation in retail. This ranges from catching shoppers attention with interactive shop windows, delighting people with interruptive pop-up shops or really meeting consumers'_ need for accurate information with passionate, engaging and knowledgeable in-store staff.
