uDocs Sign-In helps businesses provide a self-service facility for visitors, couriers and contractors, particularly where a dedicated receptionist may not be present. By simply entering your details, and selecting your contact person, (optionally having you photo taken) you will be issued with a visitor badge printed on the fully integrated label printer.
The solution allows optional location-specific “conditions of entry” to be presented at the point of sign-in, helping uphold your OHS&E requirements, suitable for high risk environments such as factories or warehouses.
uDocs Sign-In integrates with your corporate directory, for easy management of staff details, including email addresses, phone numbers and staff photos. An optional module for staff check-in & check-out (time & attendance) is available by matching the solution to your existing building access proximity cards.
Optional features such as SMS and email notifications help deliver important messages to visitors and staff in the event of an evacuation or alarm.
