Description:

This app provides a timesheet for employees and employers to record work time and calculate pay. It also performs overtime pay calculations at a rate of one and one-half times (1.5) the regular rate of pay for all hours you work over 40 in a workweek.

This DOL-Timesheet does not currently handle items such as tips, commissions, bonuses, deductions, holiday pay, pay for weekends, shift differentials, or pay for regular days of rest.

New functions are in development and are being continually added.

Total hours calculation needed

The App needs a function to calculate total hours weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. This could be done by selection tabs.

too basic, not intuitive

Unless you get special legal rights for using the Dept. of Labor's version, there has got to be a better way. Difficult to navigate as well as make edits, the app simply does not follow any common expectation for ease of use. Once you start a day's timesheet, you best not have anything else you'd need to do (i.e. view another day, compute wages, etc.). It stays locked on that day until you leave... just like that chain on my desk. Find a better way.

This is exactly what I need! It is a shame that they had to update it to require 7.0 iOS and therefor make it not work on most iPods and iPads! Not going to jump into the 7.0 mess with my iPad just for this app.... and my iPod touch will only go to 6.

Excellent!

I really like this app. It does exactly what I want. BUT, please can you add a calendar view please? That way I have a better visual of the days I worked. I believe this app will be much powerful with a calendar view. Thanks 👍

Launch Services
macOS Launch Services is an API that enables a running app to open other apps or their document files, similar to the Finder or the Dock.Launch Services eliminates apps having to query the Finder to open an app, document, or URL for them. The macOS Finder itself uses Launch Services to perform such tasks. Because the Finder performs no additional processing beyond calling Launch Services, any client using Launch Services for these purposes behaves identically to the Finder.
