App is fine, but horrible customer service.

This company has had some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Long waits for online chat support. A rep told me their policy is that supervisors don’t take phone calls. They force you to use the app to use rewards cash to buy tickets instead of being able to use the website. I could go on, but not worth it. At least the reps were friendly, just poor policies. Will never use the site again.
