The application can be downloaded from all company’s staff and allows interaction with the external lawyers team in order to receive personalized and timely advice.
Inside the App you will find not only practical guidelines on how to behave (always available, even offline), but also several unique features that make it essential in critical moments like this, including:
• An intuitive home page, designed specifically to handle panic situations, including a red "HELP" button. By pushing the button, it is possible to report the arrival of the officials to the internal and external lawyers and to the management;
• Guidelines constantly updated on how to behave in case of inspection, which can be consulted at any time, even offline;
• A practical check-list of the first steps to be taken as soon as the alarm is triggered and the possibility to take pictures and send audios;
• A Geo-localization service which allows the user to know the position of the external lawyers in real time;
• Possibility to communicate with other colleagues and lawyers, receiving real time updates and instructions, through a dedicated chat.
Chats are divided by taking into account each user’s role within the company (e.g. manager, director, employee, etc.). This will allow you to provide targeted guidance based on the location of the staff and to coordinate every moment of the inspection, therefore ensuring that the situation is well managed.
