Keeps telling me my security question answers are wrong

I’m just trying to install the app and create an account. I picked three security questions, and provided the answers to the questions, and the app keeps telling me my answers are incorrect. They can’t be incorrect, because I’m just now creating an account, and I’m pretty sure I know where I was born, my favorite color, and the make and model of my first car.

Annoying

This app is frustrating. It constantly opens up with the loading spinning wheel and takes minutes to be able to function. There’s little convenient about an app that functions this way.

Used to love this app.

I want to say it’s been about 6 months or more since I’ve been able to use this app. Every time I try to sign in it says invalid username/password yet when I go onto the site itself, it logs me right in no problem. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app a couple dozen times if not more. No idea if anyone else is or has had this same problem. Just uninstalled it again I guess for the last time. Maybe one day down the road I’ll give it another try.

Won’t even open

Hard to pay a bill when all it tells you is that you need to update. Click to update and looks like it is updated and ready to open but won’t open. Tried for over 10 minutes. Now I need to find a different way to pay my bill.

Useless unless you want to be past due

This is the most useless app I have ever used it never tells me accurate information regarding when my bill is due or even how much it is and has caused my electric account to go truant twice because it doesn’t actually let me pay through the app and auto pay is an absolute joke. Why make an app if it doesn’t do anything?

Core Location Framework

Foundation Framework

Launch Services
