Unethical practices

I booked few tickets with yatra but those tickets were canceled by airline due to COVID situation in India. Airline refunded money really quick to Yatra but Yatra didn’t refund until i followed many times(still some refunds are pending but they are not responding). Also in every refund they deducted some amount in the name of service charges and convenience fees. I had booked some other flights directly with Airlines also and they refunded really quick in my account without any deductions. Would not recommend doing any transactions with yatra.

Pathetic service drop us 150 km away from the location and moved us in roadways bus

It was totally pathetic and I m not going to book the ticket with yatra and not going to travel with Gajraj bus service. I booked the tickets from Gorakhpur to Ludhiana and they drop me in Ambala by saying that we will move you to another bus bcoz this bus is not going to Ludhiana and drop us by the auto to the another bus and that is a Punjab roadways bus and they gave us 340rs for the bus ticket for four persons. And we seat in the bus then the conductor said the fare in 160 rs per person and a one four year baby will be charged half and one luggage will also half charged and we paid 800 rs for everyone I was with my family and this is not fair at all I want my money back . Bus number was RJ18 5999. I m trying to cll bus operators and auto driver who drop us they all are not picking up my phone. This unfair if I will not get any help on the matter I m going to write everywhere on the social media .my name is Rahul and 9803381235 this is my contact number. I mentioned my bus ticket of roadway bus from the ambala to Ludhiana

Your refund policy suck u have to wait more 20 days to get refunds I will uninstall this aap and will never use this Yatra again and I already told my family and friend circle to uninstall.
