Issue Fix
Just download the firmware update and that will fix the app connectivity issue. Surprised that Zeal employees didn't post that helpful tidbit here.

This app doesn't work with my iPhone 5 every time it tells me " please download the correct application " and I can not find any other application on the App Store.
