About Chekplate

Chekplate came about because we didn't know who to believe any more, especially after being disappointed so often with restaurants that had great generalized reviews, but never met our personal standards for food, service or pricing. We were kind of bummed out that what was five stars to some unknown person turned out to be too expensive, too small portions, to too whatever to us personally, so that's why we go where our friends suggest since we share the same experiences, eat the same food, and have similar budgets.
