With the airberlin iPhone app, you can book and check in flights while you are out and about, as well as call up information on the latest arrivals and departures. You can save your boarding pass straight onto the app’s homescreen or to Wallet – allowing you to board without having to print out anything. Upcoming and past flights can be accessed and managed through the booking history.

With the topbonus or Comfort Log-in, your details are already saved to the system, making flight booking convenient and fast.

Unverständlich

Es ist mir einfach unverständlich warum der Login nicht funktioniert, zumal die Homepage auf die verwiesen wird kompliziert und unübersichtlich ist... Das sollte endlich mal gefixt werden, davor war die App super. Aber statt eines Fixes sieht es jetzt eher so aus, dass man die Konnektivität herauspatcht, wodurch die App nicht besser wird.

Funktioniert, kein Kundenlogin schlecht

Die App funktioniert gut und ist recht übersichtlich und praktisch gestaltet. Allerdings funktioniert der Kundenlogin seit langer, langer Zeit nicht mehr! Das bedeutet, dass ich für jeden gebuchten Flug die passende eMail heraussuchen und den Buchungscode manuell in die App eintippen muss, um meine Bordkarte zu erhalten. Das ist umständlich, bei vielen Flügen nervig und nicht zeitgemäß. Airberlin kennt den Fehler und es ändert sich leider schon zu lange gar nichts.
