We operate some 300 flights daily, connecting Brussels Airport to over 70 premium European and African destinations, New York, Washington D.C. and Toronto. A 2 jours du départ je n’arrive plus à gérer ma réservation. On me demande mon numéro de dossier, mon nom et mon prénom. S’en suit un message d’erreur disant que ma réservation n’a pu être trouvé. Avec les mêmes informations je réussi à me loguer sur un ordinateur.

New app version even worse than previous one

Brussels Airlines managed to develop an even worse version of their own app. Very limited in-app options to manage your booking, no info on lounges for elite members, no info on IFE options, ... This could all be much, much better.

Launch Services
