Waste

Half the time it won't connect to the alarm panel. The other times, I alarm the panel and the status on the app freezes so I have to close down the app and reopen it to see if it actually worked. 2 years of this crap, will be changing providers.

Not worth it as it's still very loaded with issues. Have had it four months now and at least twice per week it won't allow me to login and arm my system. Not worth the upgrade at all.
