Trouble Syncing, Looses Session

I like the concept, but the execution is poor. I lose previous sessions, it takes a few attempts to sync. Very annoying! If Babolat does not close the gap quickly, it will tarnish the Play concept irreversibly! I was pretty excited before, but am very disappointed now and question the value of Play racquets!

Crashing

Even after June 21 update still crashing every time I try and log in. Update Well can't even open the app cause it crashes. I deleted and started from scratch and everytime u try and log it it shuts down. Because this app wasn't working I tried to download the Mac app to at least be able to upload data via USB and it has not been updated since 2013 and the coding won't even let it open on any of my mac computers. So I'm stuck with my new racquet and zero way to upload or update the racquet.

Horrible - updated 6/24/2017

What's going on??? Crashes. Won't sync. No Pulse. I own 8 Play Pure Drive racquets. Very disappointed. The latest update has useless social garbage. I spent a lot of money on Babolat equipment which has now become useless. Daniel and Mansoor, what is happening ??? Why was my previous review removed ?? Update 6/19/2017 - latest update. Will you refund my $3200 I spent on Play Pure Drives. The app is still crashing and failing to sync. BABOLAT PLAY WAS HORRIBLE WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY !!! Go back to the previous version 4 updates ago. I will download that version and never update in the future. At least my racquets will work until my next iPhone upgrade. Update 6/24/2017 - I was finally able to sync my racquet. All my May and June data was lost. Only today's June session. I het every Wednesday and Saturday. Nothing. All my effort and time, POOF!

Terrible

Another useless update. The first removed useful features that gave you insight into your game and progress, and replaced it instead with unnecessary and completely useless social features. Instead of correcting it, the second update did nothing. Disappointing.

Pathetic

This is the first app review I write. I do it because this app is so pathetic I cannot believe company like Babolat could publish it. It was poor from the very beginning (i have used Aero Play for the last 2-3 years) yet last version is just useless. Babolat - you just killed "Play" concept. No revolution in tennis practice. It's a pity- I believe the idea was great yet execution was pathetic.

Just bought this and already regret it

I got this racquet yesterday. App doesnt work and seems like Im not the only one. If racquet doesnt sync its useless. What kind of incompetence is this? Everyone involved in developing this app should be fired.
