Our founder, Mr. Shyam Bagri, in his early days came across a passage from Gandhiji's book 'India of My Dreams'_ that elucidated on the nutritive value of 'choker'_ or wheat bran, the healthiest part of the grain which was lost in flour mills due to processing. From that day, his journey began to create the range of products Bagrry's offers.
