So useful!

This app is awesome, I'm so grateful it's free. I use it to check mortgage/insurance/tax costs on possible income properties. It helps me understand my bottom line. Only thing I wish it did was consistently save my last search when I reopen the app. Sometimes it flips back to the default $200k mortgage price.
