Established in 1975 with one independent motel in Laurel, Maryland, Baywood now owns and operates over $500-million in assets. Headquartered in Greenbelt, Maryland; a suburb of Washington, D.C.; Baywood also operates regional offices in Miami, Florida; Virginia; and San Antonio, Texas.
