InnVentures has developed and managed hotels in the west since its founding in 1982. We currently manage extended stay and select service Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt hotels in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California, with further expansion planned.

InnVentures was the first franchisee of Residence Inn Hotels (now Residence Inn by Marriott), Marriott International has presented InnVentures with its coveted Partnership Circle" award multiple times _ the highest honor bestowed upon Marriott franchisees, and in 2004, we earned three brand "Hotel of the Year" awards from Marriott International. A long list of such awards serves as a testament to our commitment to quality, and our ability to consistently meet or exceed high standards set by the franchise."
