Great Functionality
Just uploaded the app since we live down the street and didn't have to time to wait in a line. Both my husband and I hate being put on hold or with people that don't know the menu.
App downloaded instantly even not being in a wifi area and was really straight forward.
Automatically links you to closest BurgerFi. Full menu with modification available. I just wish there was an on side button so I can get my vinegar and salt for my fries on the side.
Apple Pay would be nice but overall a descent app to get some burgers without a hassle.

Pickup Times Not Reliable
I placed an order via the app. It said the order is complete. I only ordered fries. It's been 20
minutes since the app said my order is ready and I STILL do t have my fries.
