Terrible Non-Functional Non-Intuitive App
Horrible app. CX should be ashamed to put their name on this app. Not more than one itinerary can be shown in app. This exists only for CX to say they have app. No thought was put into it. In the end, you still have to call them to get things done. Useless.

Awful. Just awful.
Can't add a reservation from the app. Have to visit the website to do that.
Can't retrieve a boarding pass with name / booking reference.
And, when you start the app you have to sit through stupid messages about corporate responsibility or sustainability. I don't care. I open the app to do something, not because I wonder or care about Cathay's corporate message of the day.
This app is bottom of the barrel when compared to other major airlines.
