nearly 50 years ago, J. Landon Reeve, founded our corporate office in Woodbine, Maryland. Since then, we have grown tremendously, with 7 locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and South-Eastern regions.

Today, James Reeve serves as second-generation President and CEO of Chapel Valley. At Chapel Valley he is responsible for commercial and residential projects of all sizes.
