Ltd., along with his two sons and daughter-in-law in 1986.Their first project in Pune was Prashanta, a single building of just 17 flats. Mr. Hemant Naiknavare Director B.E.( Civil) & LLB ,he has seen the company through the tough opening decades.He is currently the President of CREDAI, Pune Metro.As an integral part of the key management, he manages a portfolio spanning across Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality and Social Infrastructure projects. Mr. Ranjit Naiknavare Director B.E. (Civil) from Mumbai University, M.S in Structural Engineering & an M.B.A. (Finance),he is in-charge of the overall operations of the company.Innovative by nature he is responsible for technology absorption, innovative equipment solutions and latest maintenance techniques required by the company for the successful execution of projects.
