Poorly built app

This app has good intentions but don't waste your time. Call them directly. The chat feature crashes and the reps are so slow. I was connect with one for 30 mins before the app crashed and I still hasn't been able to get an appointment booked. Terrible program all around, in terms of accessibility.

App not scaled to iPhone 6 screen

Didn't get past the first screen after seeing the app was not even scaled to fit iPhone 6 screens, unfortunately.

It's functional, but ugly.

The app doesn't scale to fit my iPhone 6. The app does function well, but it's just a bad experience. I'd rather just use my laptop.

Nice layout and easy to use

Chat feature was great, it helped me to find the right financial support tools. Probably one of the easiest apps to use for me benefits.
