Where is my Touch ID?

This app made up for itself over the last 6 months by adding Touch ID log in and then for some reason you have taken that feature away? The amount of fees I pay to you I would like it back please. Can you also please give us Apple Pay as promised back in July 2015!!

Waste of time

Doesn't seem to work properly with iOS9. Gets stuck in Touch ID screen and won't let me in.

Not fabulous

Ok to view balances. Appears to be a glitch in making payments if you have multiple accounts as the "which account" drop down box does not work on iPad, so you cannot proceed any further..

Really useful app!

After spending years relying on other people to give me up to date account information I now have it at my fingertips. Really easy to use app, no code generators, and available 24/7. Only complaint is that, whilst I can set up payments within the app, they can't be actioned so I still have to ask someone else to log in online and do this. Otherwise, very good.

Finally the look and feel is fixed

The interface is no longer slow, clunky and ugly...Now the app looks fresh, works quickly and with all the excellent functionality from before. Finally catching up...update: Latest update 24/4 is even better. Well done Coutts, finally progressive customer focussed updates
