App gives certificate error when requesting for password

I am unable to connect my humidifier to App. When i try to login and its says login failed and when tried to reset my password it just gives a certificate error and screen gets locked

Can't even sign up to get started!

I just want the symbol for wifi to stop blinking! If I could only register and log in I just might be able to do that! Ridiculous!

Seriously?

Ok this is obviously a straight china import probably sold under other names. Regardless, if you have ever installed any nest product where you login to different wifi networks or maybe even different Bluetooth networks. The app is actually fantastic, it runs smooth tells you everything about its sensors and when you make a change it happens quick. Like quality programming quick. It also has capacitive type buttons on the machine that have zero response time. I don't feel most people know what that requires. If you want to rate the app five stars then follow my steps of success! First Don't be from California. Second Obviously repeat step one Third The way the world works is you get what you pay for. If you wanted someone to hold your hand while setting this super easy product up, or even an instruction manual written for the lowest common denominator(I.e. the previous reviewers). Then i suggest you pay for a more pricey brand that understands your needs of not wanting to problem solve and has taken the construction and operation to the level a 6 year old could probably do better at then you. If You actually read all the way down here then you probably already bought it and either have a 15 or 30 day return policy. My suggestion, put it in your bed room with the windows and doors closed all day and see how much your nose and sinuses want to give you a happy ending.

Not Ready for Consumer Use

This app will not sign you in no matter how many times you attemp to "register". It's a joke and obviously was released without ANY form of formal testing. Do not bother. If you got here because you bought a humidifier you thought you could control with your WiFi, just turn around and head back to the store and return it. Customer support was trying to get me to work directly with the developer to fix the problems they couldn't solve. What kind of company has the end user help de-bug their product with the developer?! Ridiculous!
