Hard to Navigate

Although I love the service this app provides, it’s not easy to use. It doesn’t allow you to search for a particular sitter so if they don’t show up when you choose dates and service in the radius you have to ask them to send you their profile link. And if you try to book with someone and they don’t accept I cannot find a way to withdraw the request. The help center is focus solely around the sitters not the customers so you can’t get answers there either. Extremely frustrating and time consuming app to use.

Not intuitive

I don’t know if this ap got all the stars and then made changes but it’s the most unintuitive app I’ve ever used. You have to dig to figure out how to find your upcoming bookings. You have to dig to figure out how to cancel. You can’tJust modify a booking. You have to put in for modification that doesn’t give you a place to put all the needed information changes and then someone Hass to email you back to change it. I understand the safeguards for getting people to confirm when you need to change your schedule but seriously it could be a lot easier. . If I modify a booking - by definition - the booking should change not just add another booking. Please pass this on to your IT / development team. I can’t imagine how this app gets 4.9 stars - it certainly isn’t for being user friendly.
