Worst Customer Service Ever !

I’ll make it short and sweet ! First order placed : 3rd March - they didn’t have what I ordered therefore they cancelled the order and as I paid from my credit they credited back in dawaai cash account as credit card refund will take more than a month Second order placed : 9th March as I had to use the credit I had in my dawaai account Order cancelled as there was a bug in their system. Third Order placed : 10th March - order cancelled - the representative said they were updating the system. It’s the 17th of March now I’m still waiting for the dawaai cash refund once again So that I can place whatever they have available and get done with them ! On top of this every single time I call their call Centre or contact them through WhatsApp there isn’t a positive response from their end !

I ordered only 5 masks almost 2 weeks ago but still waiting. No response from website although they have given watsapp number but after 2,3 times, they never replied me. Pathetic service n app.

Complaint

Order was placed on 23-01-2020 for delivery of pampers. However despite lapse of 21 days, the same has not been delivered. This unprofessional and sluggish attitude on part of the company is neither acceptable nor tolerable. This will definitely bring bad reputation to the company. You are once again advised to deliver the order without any further delay.
