The Partnership was formed in 1993 by the merger of two Downtown business organizations: San Diego Downtown Association / Central City Association (formed in 1952), and San Diegans, Inc. (formed in 1958). Our membership consists of companies and individuals committed to strengthening the business, residential and cultural environment of Downtown San Diego. The official app of the Downtown San Diego Partnership Clean & Safe Program.

Directly report non-emergency maintenance and public safety concerns occurring in the Downtown San Diego area*. Message directly with the Clean & Safe team to identify maintenance and safety concerns like overflowing trash cans, graffiti on public property, and tree trimming requests.

Through this app you can describe a concern, location of an incident, and include photos of a service request.

*The Clean & Safe Program is the property business improvement district for the 275 blocks of Downtown San Diego that includes the City Center, Columbia District, Cortez, East Village, Gaslamp Quarter and Marina neighborhoods.
