Emprevo was established in 2014 and was conceived as a result of the challenges faced by Sapphire Care in filling vacant shifts on a 24/7 roster with good quality staff on a timely basis. Emprevo solution is currently in use at 19 aged care sites in Victoria. In early 2016, Emprevo acquired United Recruitment, a large Victorian hospitality labour hire company. The purpose of the acquisition was to have a pre-existing bank of well trained, quality hospitality workers to grow Emprevo in the hospitality sector- a natural synergy to the aged care sector.
