Doesn't appear to work. I can login through website but not on mobile with same user and password.

Touch ID STILL not working

Touch ID is still not working even with the October update. Whenever I'm asked to authenticate via Touch ID I get an error: "We are temporarily unable to verify your device and credentials. Please login with your UserID and Password" I have re-entered my credentials several times (which logs me in) but Touch ID authentication never does. This is such a useful feature for those of us with complicated passwords. I hope it gets fixed.

Online Banking?

Everbank is an online only (no brick and mortar) business for the overwhelming majority of its customers. Yet again, a new iOS disabled crucial elements of their app, including electronic check deposit. They knew the update was coming and still couldn't get it right. And now, a week after the update, still no app update to address these problems. Same thing last time the iOS updated. Every other app I use got it right with this update - not Everbank, not surprisingly - and online and electronic banking is all they do. Shameful. Who in the world runs this company?

Touch ID not working

Thanks for the recent addition of Touch ID support. I can't get it to actually work though. Create, distribute, and update passes for the Wallet app. Request and process Apple Pay payments in your app. The PassKit framework lets you add and manage passes in the user’s Wallet app. The Wallet app allows users to organize their boarding passes, tickets, gift cards, and loyalty cards. Using the PassKit framework, you can add passes to Wallet and have these passes appear on the user’s lock screen based on the time and place when the pass is relevant.
