Unsupported app

If this app is not supported why is it still available in the App Store? I cannot access The Age from Apple News as it keeps telling me I need a subscription (I am a paid up digital subscriber)...Fairfax support very unhelpful with this issue.

Not working again

UPDATE: 19th August 2016. App no longer working and have been advised by OS call centres that Fairfax no longer supports this App but that I should use the blue App. This is totally unacceptable as the Fairfax Blue App is too slow and a poor alternative to this black App. PLEASE fix the problem where I am getting the error message that my subscription has expired when in fact it has not. UPDATE: 10th March. My app is now working perfectly and back to a five star experience so rating altered to reflect this. Previous rating: This app worked perfectly for me until Sunday when I started to get the message that my subscription had expired. Upon going to the Age Replica website and subscribing, was advised that I am already subscribed but still unable to view Replica. There is no record of an update on the App so what happened?? Fairfax please provide a minimum of customer service by responding to emails other than a computer generated acknowledgement that they have received yours. I did not do an Apple update over this time so back to you Fairfax.

Unreliable Rubbish

This is probably the most unreliable App around. Often it will not download due to "network error" or it will simply freeze. Even more annoying, when tapping a headline, paragraph after paragraph filled with blocks of nonsensical letters makes reading the article almost impossible. I emailed The Age and advise them of this situation and was met with a deafening silence. Stay away from this App.

Why bother?

I thought I might be different from the other respondents, but no. Just get the "expired subscription" message even though it is not expired. The Mac version has to be the worst site in the world- unresponsive, ugly and bad GUI. I had hoped that the iPad replica version may be better. Will never know now.

Complete Rubbish

Update: March 10th 2016, now working again. Go figure! Now give 4 stars. Previous review: This app is useless. It has stopped working, displaying "subscription has expired" when, of course, mine hasn't. The horrible blue Age app works but all I want, and pay for, is the newspaper replica which the black app used to do. The blue app takes too long to load the replica.
