Useless

It doesn’t work at all. App doesn’t show my ticket or purchase history at all. I received notification “this member expired on June 2 2019”. My membership is currently valid and I cannot delete this message either.

Qantas Freq fliers and Hoyts? Don’t bother!

If you’re expecting to see your movie tickets align with your Qantas flier points, don’t bother! Used my Hoyts card fir over a year purely to keep my Q points active (let’s face it... you probably only earn 1 point anyway but it’s handy to keep the Q account active), but sadly it did NOTHING with regards to Q Freq Fliers despite their promotion. On querying Hoyts, they said “contact Q as it was their issue”. On contacting Q, they said @contact Hoyts as it was their issue”. Grubby customer service from Hoyts and totally unhelpful.

It doesn’t matter how many times I reset my password I cannot log in to this app. Ridiculous! And now I can’t even leave a review until I find a nickname no one has used. 4th attempt....
