No cancellations of order. Return order awful

So I loved my first order with fashion nova. It was great for my birthday. My second n third order. After ordering I wanted to cancel n get the order right. It states no cancellations u have return items. Now reading through return item refund will be an e gift card for fashion nova. Come on guys. How can we purchase from u when we can’t cancel and will have an e gift card. Am no longer getting purchasing big from u guys anymore cos u not loyal to ur customers.

Suggestion

I like the app and it’s easy to use, but it would be even better if you guys could allow pics to be uploaded with the reviews on items so the buyer can see what an item would look like on other people. It would really help a lot. I also sometimes question if some reviews are fake but that could also be from me being an over thinker lol

Overall I really do love Fashion Nova but it’s incredibly unbelievable how their shipping process is so slow. I ordered my stuff (4-7 business days) and I didn’t receive it until another 8 more days.
