Our two-year leadership development programme - the Frontline programme - offers high-achieving graduates and career changers the opportunity to join one of BritainÍs most challenging, yet most rewarding professions. Participants work as frontline children's social workers in the North West, North East, London, Midlands, the South East and East of England, undertaking child protection work which will change lives. The Firstline programme is our innovative leadership development programme for social work managers. The programme develops good social work managers into outstanding leaders, who are better able to support their teams and influence the wider social work system.
