Still Does Not Work!

I am listening to my generator running due to lost utility power, yet my app is telling me that it is not running and the background is green not blue! I received no notices about loss of power or generator running! Basically , this app is useless! Up your game if you are going to be in the generator business. To add further to this poor review, if you try to use the function that allows you to take a photo of your generator and post it to your app, it crashes!

Needs work

Cool concept. Cellular connection on generator, remotely monitor unit but it has flaws. Notification take hours and hours. Not good when you are away from house Also, wish it had more data. Like load information, detailed battery stats, automatic notification to service rep if there is a problem, manual test and run, temperature, firmware updates etc. Need to do some development and get these feature available to clients.

Uuugh - avoid!

User interface is obscure and this version continues the flaw of showing the incorrect time in which events occur. Worse, each time the app is to be used one must go find the password and re-enter it. This should be an embarrassment to Generac! Suffice it to say when my subscription ends I will not be renewing it. Update April 17: nothing has changed and General is unresponsive to issues and complaints.
