Extended shipping is awful

Extended shipping on so much merchandise is awful. You have to wait 2 weeks for a purchase to even ship then another week to get it. I stopped buying from them because of it.

Worst customer service ever!

It’s 2021 people... I’ve been on hold for OVER AN HOUR to change a shipping label! Which I did put in. How on earth do you keep people on hold for over an hour and then want them to spend thousands of dollars for high end products with your company?!? I joined 12 years ago, but today was my last day. A 30 second phone call took over an hour (so far) from my life. I am canceling my order and I will not be back.
