Good but not great

Store locator works well, however you cannot save any favorites and the phone number links do not work. Directions to stores open in maps and work as expected.

Data needs updating.

Looks like the filters are working now. But, while on a road trip, I tried two "outlets" in South Carolina. The first one, in Georgetown, was just a retail store. The second one, in Charleston, had moved quite a while ago. Only by doing some searches, did I find their "regional" website, with updated store and outlet info. There needs to be more coordination of updating the store data. Still looking for a better way of giving feedback on bad data or app problems.

What a poor app for such a great organization. Stores are missing and store information is incomplete. Also the map function does not work. Delete.

Not helpful at all! Worse app ever!

Trying to find a donation center and was in safari. Suggested I download app which I did! Using app i keep getting pop ups to Download the stupid app. Deleting immediately! For a company that makes so much money you'd think it would have a user friendly app. I dont need to know the steps to donate something I need to know where to take it! Stupid stupid app!

Data is messed up. Filters don't work.

When trying to locate a particular type of store or location, the app is useless. I.e. Locating an outlet store, the list shows stores which are not outlets, but they show the icon as if they are. Trying to get app support is like jumping they hoops.

Poorly put together app

Filter is useless unless all you want are donation locations. If you filter for retail locations the result is grossly incomplete.

Core Location Framework
