Aggravated

April 2017: Like to report issue is fixed and working properly now. Thank you! I have a suggestion: can you update it to use fingerprint recognition log-in? *** Oct. 2016: Latest update is not user-friendly. Have to log each individual dose every day; used to be able to log several at a time when taken at the same time.

Disappointed

I'm disappointed and dissatisfied with the app. I've had problems remembering to take my evening pills so reinstalled this app and set the timer alerts. Nothing has worked. No alarm and no pop-up notice. I went into my account and realized my phone number was old but there is no way to change/update my phone number. The basic use is relatively easy to use but it is limited as to what you can do with it and not user friendly. I called their number to update my phone number but was put on hold for over 30 minutes.

I used to be able to take a picture of my pills. Now it shuts down when I try to take the picture. Fix this and I will give 5 stars!

New iOS update messed up

Since the last update, the reminder is messed up. The number that appears as how many doses you have missed, keeps adding in the doses that were already taken, even when they have been cleared. When you open up the app, that is appearing correctly, just the number that appears on the menu icon.

Almost excellent

A couple things would make this perfect: 1) Allow editing of history -- if I forget to log a medication, or there is a delay in logging, there isn't a way to see the actual time taken, only the incorrect logged time. Let me change the logged time so the history is accurate 2) this may be a tall order but I use another app to remind me to take another dose based on the time it was logged as taken, so a medication that can be taken every 6 hours will pop a reminder up 6 hours after the last dose (instead of a specific time). Otherwise I like how easy it is to make a record of meds taken instead of forgetting or second guessing.

I have used this App for several years. It was great at reminding me to take my medicine. I updated to the recent update & all my medicine reminders, with various times throughout the day, etc. were gone. I wrote to ask what happened & never got a reply. The developers website is 404. Weesa
