So Much Potential - A bit Rubbish.
Order online and pickup? Sounds great.
App frequently hangs and crashes to desktop on startup (on a new iphone, fibre wifi internet, running the latest iOS!). So time wasted and frustration.
Order process is simple enough, if menus not grouped for easy access; oh well.
Paypal option removed so I have to ho hunting for my Credit Card? What??
Ordered 30min in advance but the order “just came through” when we went to pick up ... so: pointless.
Come on Grill’d. Lift your game. This is rubbish.

Worst app ever
It doesn’t work most of the times, reset password few times and still does not work. Even the store staff said her app is having issues all the time.

In busy line at Grill’d and app displays error... app has one purpose and cannot do that... needs to be fixed
