Mieux !
Bonne amélioration de l'application. A poursuivre, notamment en corrigeant les retours non cohérents après une demande de preconditionnement. Améliorer le visuel également.

Du mieux après un lancement pas au point
Fonctionne correctement et le problème d'actualisation des données à l'ouverture de l'application a été résolu par la dernière mise à jour. Tout progresse en ce moment dans le monde du véhicule électrique !

Website maintenance?
It has been not working for four days, saying website under maintenance. I cannot use it to preheat my car wirelessly. Can you please fix it asap?

Awful app
Really poor app from one of the Europe's biggest motor manufacturers. Given Electric Vehicles are meant to push the frontiers of technology this app is awful.
Frequently it doesn't work, the car fails to heat/cool at scheduled times. When it does work charging status only updates every 20 minutes, which is a bit pointless.
The layout is messy too, and it's buggy.
A shame, because the car is brilliant but poor app lets it down.
Time for Renault to get serious and redevelop this app from the ground up.
