The beating heart of the group is Hotusa Hotels, a hotel consortium born in Barcelona in 1977 that has become the leading consortium of independent hotels in the world.

Grupo Hotusa operates in more than 100 countries, with headquarters in Barcelona and offices in Madrid, Paris, London, Rome, Milan, Lisbon, Oporto, Buenos Aires, Sao Paolo, Mexico and Bangkok.

The group can be divided into two large areas:

-Tourism division: Composed of different companies which provide services to hotels.

- Hotel division: It comprises the management of hotels which are owned by Hotusa or rented. The group has a portfolio of more than 130 hotels, 70 of which are integrated into the Eurostars Hotels chain and some twenty into exe Hotels.
