Being the leader of the national hotel industry HELIOPARK company stood at the origins of the modern hotel management market in Russia. HELIOPARK was established in 2000. The development strategy is aimed at consolidation of leading positions in the Russian and international markets, expansion of the hotel chain HELIOPARK Hotels & Resorts, unification of the services on management of the hotel properties at all stages of the project.
Currently HELIOPARK Hotels & Resorts has 10 operating hotels under management which include city hotels, resort hotels as well as country hotels located in different regions of Russia, Germany and Switzerland. 7 projects are under construction and reconstruction, among them hotels in Latvia and Austria.
