Hermes Parcel Manager is the brand new app from Hermes, the delivery specialist, which lets you track every step of your parcels journey.

Are you waiting for an exciting delivery from one of the UK’s leading retailers? The app lets you check on the progress of your parcel’s journey – all the way from the warehouse right up to your front door, place of work, your neighbour’s house, or your local ParcelShop.

Because you can see your parcel at any stage of its journey, the Hermes Parcel Manager app is the perfect companion for any keen online shopper! The easy-to-use app is fully compatible with iPhone, iPad iOS6+.

Special features include:

● A simple and secure login process which instantly finds your parcels
● A useful search option using your parcel’s unique tracking number
● A helpful summary page showing the progress of all your parcels

Low functionality app

It's a very basic app.. it doesn't find your parcels from your email so have to enter manually and has less detailed info than the website or other parcel tracking apps (that can track myhermes). It's just poor!

More functionality on their website

I just don't see the point of this app. Downloaded it thinking I'd be able to manage my parcels that I send. However it appears as though it is a glorified parcel tracker. To which you can just go online and do any way. Such a shame as it could do much more. There is a perfect app already in the store which would do what I need it to do, but it's in German. Why is a Hermes German app in a British App Store?

Pointless!

It sounded like the app offered better tracking but in reality it's exactly the same info that's on the email they send you. Pointless really!

Don't bother

I use a lot of parcel courier apps and this one is the worse. It never loads just keeps spinning the loading wheel. Better off with the free parcel app that works and covers everything
