Crashes constantly

The app is practically unusable. Crashes constantly, confusing UI, and nearly impossible to read the messages.

Can’t Log In

Why is there no “forgot your password” link anywhere? All that is offered is an email verification, but the link in the email takes you to the App Store and doesn’t actually log you into the app. Trying to update the password on a desktop doesn’t work either.

Went downhill

As someone who flip houses in different states, I used to love HomeAdvisor app, that’s where I found a lot of my contractors, however since this merger with angieslist it’s been terrible. Most of the time I never get a contact at all. I’ve not gotten one single contact since this merger. Go back to how thing were

Fraudulent policy

I ordered a lawn mow and trim on Angi. They said in their website/app that I will be able to see my Pro before the job and also payment will be paid out after the job. The day before the job, I still see that there is no Pro listed for my job. I tried to reschedule so that I can see who is my Pro before I accept their job. Then it says I’ll be charged $15 rescheduling fee. Tried to cancel instead and again says I’ll be charged $15. Called their customer service line. Says this is their policy. I questioned how’s this logical to charge me a fee when no local Pro has claimed this job yet and clearly rescheduling will effect no one, and more so, Angi app claims I can see my Pro before the job when currently I cannot (cuz no Pro has claimed it yet!)🤔. I explain I’ll have to file fraudulent charge w my CC company if they try to charge a fee, which at this point will be for canceling. She stands by the policy until I ask if this conversation is recorded and ask to speak with the supervisor. She says hold on a minute and a minute later has me rescheduled and “waved” my fee. No this is a fraudulent policy and you didn’t wave my fee as a favor. You waved it because I would be filing it as fraud with my CC company. Unless Angi cleans up their policy, won’t be using Angi ever again.
