Keep an up-to-date list of your medications:

Record medicine name, dose, and timings for all your regular and as-needed medicines

Update the list easily when any changes are made

Ensure your doctor or pharmacist has a complete and accurate medicine list whenever they see you

Track changes in your treatment:

Any medication change will prompt the app to ask for a comment on why this happened (for example, if the medicine was causing a side effect, you can note it here)

List changes by date or by each medication, allowing you or your doctor/pharmacist to look back and see how your medication history has changed – and why!

Optional passcode protection

All data on your medicines is stored in your phone, and is never sent or uploaded elsewhere.

Fine on iPad, crashes on iPhone

Immensely frustrating trying to enter info on iPhone - you know, the device on which it would be more useful because that's the one which would be checked 1st in an emergency? Works fine on the iPad, but constant crashing on iPhone. Disappointing, because it's supposed to make things easier, not harder.

Bug

Crashes consistently when leaving the 'Form' of medication field. I'm using an iPhone 5. Great idea - just a pity it doesn't work yet.

Crash a minute

This is a great idea but it crashes. I downloaded it about ten minutes ago, and it's crashed about 6 times. Even the feedback form crashes; and that form won't allow partial feedback- you have to fill in every field. Come on Imperial, this is amateur. Get your act together!

Consistently crashes when trying to enter meds

As the developer has not provided any way of contacting them except via reviews here goes. Great idea. Would be very useful for me with around 30 different meds but although it works fine on my first generation iPad it is unusable on my iPhone 4s. When trying to enter meds it crashes every time after choosing 'tablet' as the nature of the med. Also on the meds entry page there are no field labels beyond date on the iPhone 4s although on the iPad there are.
