Nexia Control of Trane Comfortlink XL 950

This app (and the entire Nexia interface) is next to useless. Only changing the temperature seems to work. Changes to the schedules take FOREVER to process and are then unsuccessful. It literally takes an hour to make a schedule change, and often never succeeds despite repeated tries. This is a terrible interface intended to provide remote control of a Trane thermostat and heat pump. It replaced a highly reliable Honeywell Wifi thermostat that could no longer be used because Trane requires a proprietary thermostat to be used with its proprietary heat pump wiring. After more than a year of trying to make this work, I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Bad update. Changes to thermostat temperature aren't applied. How is this not tested before release???

Update

Last update is not working. When you turn it to a mode for example cooling mode, it will not let you pick a temp setting. Needs to be fixed.

Awful application and terrible connected device

Application is hard to use and very unreliable. It often will return a Device Unconnected error code within days or hours of getting set up or reconnected. Have gone through numerous cycles to failure.

The cameras and outlets work great and using it with Alexa works awesome but where is the HomeKit capability???

Photos Framework
Work with image and video assets managed by the Photos app, including those from iCloud Photo Library and Live Photos. Accounts Framework
The Accounts framework provides access to user accounts stored in the Accounts database. An account stores the login credentials of a particular service, such as Twitter, that can be used as authentication for the service. By implementing the Accounts framework into your app, you do not need to be responsible for storing account logins yourself. Instead, the user can grant access for your app to use their account login credentials, bypassing the need to type their username and password. If no account for a particular service exists in the user’s Accounts database, you can let them create and save an account from within your app.
