Useless
The app is no different than their website. Same interface, same problems.
Could not cancel the trip online due to some issue on their side. Called support, waited 1 hr on the phone..

App storing last date for travel
Pleasant evening, I recently booked a trip for myself and within a week I did the same for my wife. The date I put in for her departure was not the one used to book her flight. I went to the airport on the 05/14/2021 to travel to Jamaica after arriving at the airport way early. When it was time for boarding and I presented my documents, I was told I needed to get authorization from Jamaica. Time was upon me and I tried to execute the tasked at hand but they closed the door and removed my luggage from the plane. I was advised what to do to be able to travel and I proceeded to accomplish the mission. The thing is that no one and I mean none of the JETBLUE staff used the PA or otherwise to inform anyone, as a couple of us missed the flight because of our ignorance. Create a loving and friendly work environment that people can use their common sense. A lovely Rep assisted me in getting my wife trip rebooked as I was having my ears warmed to the with not so nice adjectives. Find that Rep who after being on the phone for over 2hrs she brought joy to my heart and eased me out of the dog house. As for your App it help to put me there. That’s why it’s getting a low score.

Slow
The app is so slow, I waste more time waiting for “loading” to show the next page.
